FOOD
Our food is inspired by the produce we grow ourselves and sourced from other local crofts. The “croft-to-table” menu is based on what we have gathered from the croft and includes meat from native breeds such as Hebridean and Shetland sheep, home-reared free range chickens and eggs, and typical Highland produce such as potatoes, kale, turnips, brambles, and raspberries.
We prepare the produce as we would like to eat it ourselves. We keep it simple, present the food in a relaxed atmosphere and serve dishes that encourage sharing.
We serve a seasonal set three course menu (£35) which enables us to serve the very freshest produce from the croft and minimise food waste. All that we ask is that you trust us to serve up great tasting food using the best local ingredients available at that time of year.
