Run by Nel Day, the cafe element of the Red Roof will combine, wherever possible, locally sourced, organic and fairtrade ingredients to produce simple yet luxurious food.

Meals and snacks, such as Nel's famous chocolate brownies and triple ginger squares, along with luxury home-made soups and breads, freshly made coffee, fabulous salads and sandwiches will be served with true Highland hospitality.
